The use of a choke collar or an electrical collar is conceived to injure, humiliate, intimidate, torture and "break" the dog with a real lack of respect. It is mistreatment !
Pain, anger and constant fear in the dog turn into behavioral problems, frustration and increase the risk of aggression (90% of "accidents" dog bites happen at home with the dog of the family !!!).
